The Story Behind Smartbrokr
Smartbrokr was originally created in 2016 by Charles Frasier, to help his wife Lois keep track of her business deals and contacts. In creating this new CRM tool, Charles had identified a shortcoming in digital tools for the real estate space and wanted to bring it to the market.

Lois Hardacker is a reputable real estate broker, bringing expertise and dedication to her role at Royal LePage du Sommet in Brome Lake, Quebec.
With an extensive background in the real estate industry, Lois has become a trusted and sought-after professional in the picturesque region of Brome Lake. Her commitment to providing exceptional bilingual service and her in-depth knowledge of the local market have consistently led to successful transactions. Lois possesses a wide range of expertise in residential properties, luxury estates, and waterfront homes around the idyllic shores of Brome Lake.

Arctic Leaf
Arctic Leaf was born in 2017 between Ottawa, Canada, and Lake Forest, California. The company was formed by merging two businesses: Arctic Empire, a mobile app developer turned social and brand marketing specialists, and New Leaf, a group of eCommerce and development gurus.
Arctic Leaf has been an integral part of the creation of Smartbrokr, with its expertise in eCommerce, web development, and digital marketing.
Smartbrokr and Arctic Leaf first partnered together in 2019, taking the time to perfect the product, to bring the best possible real estate broker solution on the market. The team is proud to have delivered just that.
Meet the Founder of Arctic Leaf
Josh Garellek
Josh grew up in Montreal, attended a Jewish private school and later studied psychology in New York. He gained valuable experience working in the food service industry and at a biotech company. His entrepreneurial journey led him to found a game development company, but he discovered his true passion for marketing and sales.
Focusing on this, he found success and learned the critical importance of focus — especially as an entrepreneur with ADHD.
